RFID Smart Card

Bonding Workshop

31 Machines for chip bonding, including die bonder, wire bonder, gluing machine and grinding machine, etc. 

Inlay Workshop

27 Machines for inlay sheet production.  Throughput 400,000PCS/day, 10,000,000PCS/month.

Card Printing Workshop 

Using Heidelberg printing machine. 150-160KG ink consumed per month.  The employee in charge of the printing got 14 years working experience in this field.

Lamination Workshop

80-100PCS inlay sheets would be done the lamination per time costing 25-30mins. Whole set lamination would be done by the accurate  position machine and lamination machine. The throughput would be 20,000 sheets/day

Special Craft Workshop

Hole punching, embossing number, silver /golden stamping etc. will be done in this workshop by about 11 machines. Customized effects are accepted. Just let us know your requirements!

Data Workshop

The technician got 10 years experience. No matter normal encryption for chip or  Weigand26 encryption, NFC encryption etc. can be done by the data workshop

Quality Control

Auto QC machine & manual QC ensure our product quality from the appearance to the chip function.

Production Process

RFID Silicone Wristband

1. Silicone material will be any Pantone color as customers demand. 

2. 6 sets vulcanizing machines to meet the demand of large orders.

3. Throughput is about 1,000,000pcs wristbands per month.
